A full office relocation starts with a site survey at both addresses as well as a labelling plan tied to the new floor plan. Then we book the freight elevator and the dock, and size the crew to finish inside the window your building allows.
Corporate and business relocation
Multi-department and multi-floor moves run to a written schedule by department. So the teams that need to be live first move first, and nobody hunts for a chair on Monday.
Warehouse and industrial movers
Racking, pallets, inventory and shop equipment moved with the right dollies and straps, and sequenced so receiving can keep working on one side while shipping moves on the other.
Office furniture and equipment movers
Workstations, boardroom tables, filing systems and printers dismantled, wrapped, and then rebuilt to plan. Meanwhile, IT gear rides in anti-static wrap on a dedicated section of the truck.
After-hours and weekend office movers
Most of our commercial work is Friday evening to Sunday. If your lease or landlord sets after-hours access rules, then we confirm them in writing at the survey.

Rates are per hour, plus a one-hour truck fee, with a two-hour minimum. The rate includes blankets, dollies, straps, shrink wrap and basic disassembly, and there is no fuel surcharge and no equipment charge.

Yes. In fact, weekend and overnight moves are the majority of our commercial work. So we plan the crew size to finish the job inside the window your building allows.
Do you carry the insurance our building requires?
We do. Send us your building's requirements, and then our insurer issues a certificate naming your property manager, usually within one business day.
Can you handle our IT and server equipment?
Yes. We wrap and crate network gear separately and keep it on a dedicated section of the truck. However, we recommend your IT team handles the disconnect and reconnect, while we handle the transport.
