Moving into a storage unit
Billed like any local move, namely the crew rate plus the truck hour, with the load stacked for storage: heavy and square at the back, boxes on pallets or blankets, and a path to what you will need.
Storage between possession dates
Move-out Friday, move-in Monday: two legs, planned around both closing times, with the truck hour paid once per leg. So tell us the dates, and then we book both crews at once.
Short-term and long-term storage moves
Whether the unit is for a week or a year, we wrap for storage, so mattress bags, blanket-wrapped upholstery and glass cartoned. As a result, what comes out looks like what went in.

Rates are per hour, plus a one-hour truck fee, with a two-hour minimum of work. In addition, the rate includes blankets, dollies, straps, shrink wrap and basic disassembly. So there is no fuel surcharge and no equipment charge.

How is a move with a storage gap priced?
As two local moves: each leg is the crew rate plus one truck hour, with the two-hour minimum. So keeping the second leg short, that is, a unit near the new place, is the biggest saving.
Can you keep my things on the truck overnight?
Ask when you book. Depending on the dates and the load, it is sometimes the simplest answer to a one-night gap, and then we tell you honestly whether it is possible for your move.
