We load in the order a long drive needs, heavy and square forward and low, fragile high and padded, and then strap in sections. So a rental truck arrives with everything where you left it.
U-Haul and rental truck movers
Book the crew for the hour your truck is ready. Two movers can load a one-bedroom in about two hours, while a house is three movers for the morning, and then the unload at the other end if it is local.
Labour-only movers
Same crews, same care, no truck. Billed by the hour for the people and quoted when you call, so ideal whenever you already have the vehicle or a container on the driveway.

Rates are per hour, plus a one-hour truck fee, with a two-hour minimum of work. In addition, the rate includes blankets, dollies, straps, shrink wrap and basic disassembly. So there is no fuel surcharge and no equipment charge.

Can you just load my U-Haul?
Yes. In fact, that is the most common labour booking we take. Have the truck at the address when the crew arrives, and then the clock starts on arrival.
Do you bring blankets and straps?
Yes. The crew arrives with the same protection our own trucks carry, so a rented truck does not mean unprotected furniture.
