First, we list what is going, confirm both addresses and access and check the route for restrictions, for instance mountain passes in winter.

We load the truck for a long drive rather than a short hop: strapped in sections, heavy low, fragile high and padded.

Unload and set up
Furniture placed, beds rebuilt, boxes to the right rooms. In other words, we do not leave a long-distance customer in a house full of stacked cartons.

Calgary to Edmonton movers
Three hours up the QEII, so a load in the morning unloads the same afternoon. Quoted as one written price; usually a two-bedroom is a single truck and a three-mover crew for the day.
Calgary to Red Deer movers
Ninety minutes north, so close enough that we do many Red Deer moves as a long day rather than an overnight. We confirm your possession time and then schedule the load to meet it.
Calgary to Lethbridge movers
Two hours south on Highway 2. Same pattern: one crew and one truck, loaded in Calgary and then placed in Lethbridge the same day. The drive is priced once, in the written quote.
Calgary to Canmore and Banff movers
